Adequate but Disappointing Details
high temperatureloud noise
The small room felt quite stuffy despite the thermostat. The temperature remained stubbornly high during the night I had to sleep with the window open. Street noise became a problem interrupting sleep. Staff did not address this issue to my satisfaction making things worse.

I found the front desk staff friendly and helpful, they offered great suggestions. our room was really special. They even surprised my daughter with delicious macaroons for her birthday. the hotel is near the "europe" station. It made getting around the area easy.
I did find the temperature control of the room a bit limited. It was difficult to cool it below 23 degrees celsius.

I only had breakfast at the hotel once. The options were limited. the breakfast buffet seemed to offer the same items each day, but it did have some variety.

The hotel is conveniently located near several metro stations. I found at least two within easy walking distance. it is close to a convenience store and a fantastic boulangerie is just down the street. plus, numerous restaurants and cafes are nearby.

the staff were wonderful and always willing to help with questions and provide directions. housekeeping was good and kept the room very clean . i was really pleased with the excellent service i received .

charming literary getaway

i found the location excellent, especially for using gare st lazare. several metro lines are also quite accessible from here. i enjoyed the proximity to parc monceau (it is really nearby). the staff was always friendly and ready to assist with any request i had.
the air-conditioning was a bit tricky to program and seemed to resist temperature changes when it was warm.

the rooms, though compact, offered a comfortable and homey base. i booked a superior double room. it provided basic necessities and lovely view from the balcony.

this place has easy access to many tourist attractions. i felt okay all time walking around the neighborhood at all hours. the neighborhood has many good cafes nearby.

the staff was great. i had to reschedule due to train issues. the hotel is close to multiple metro stations. i felt safe walking the streets at night.
the room was too hot. there is a thermostat, but i could not control the temperature. i spoke to reception every day, but nothing happened. i had to sleep with the door open as a result, so sleep was not good because of the loud street noise.

I found the staff to be particularly cute and helpful. They provided valuable assistance with directions and local recommendations. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and it had nice décor. The hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby attractions.
The bathroom door did not offer complete privacy. It had some frosted glass.

Our room had a nice layout. The room had a spacious closet for storage. A comfortable king size bed ensured restful sleep. Crisp linens and soft pillows added a touch of luxury to my experience.
