Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
convenient location friendly staff delicious coffee complimentary upgrade
the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. the staff were friendly and provided helpful information about local restaurants (i really liked their recommendations). the breakfast included fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, with delicious coffee. i received a complimentary room upgrade with a balcony, which i loved to use.
the room was a bit small, making it difficult to fully unpack.

the staff was particularly polite and helpful with requests. i received useful information about local restaurants and transportation options before my arrival. the reception staff quickly addressed all my questions.

the staff were very friendly. breakfast was nice. location was excellent near multiple metro and rer lines!
the room was too small! as soon as the suitcase is flat, there is no place to set foot. the hygiene is mediocre. there are a few hairs on the bed.
