the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. the staff were friendly and provided helpful information about local restaurants (i really liked their recommendations). the breakfast included fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, with delicious coffee. i received a complimentary room upgrade with a balcony, which i loved to use.

the room was a bit small, making it difficult to fully unpack.

the room was too small! as soon as the suitcase is flat, there is no place to set foot. the hygiene is mediocre. there are a few hairs on the bed.
