The reception staff were helpful with all my inquiries. Sarah really stood out , offering excellent service. Every staff member I met was very kind. The rooms were also very clean. Breakfast was lovely.

The hotel offers a relaxing spa. I reserved access to the pool. This provided a private 45-minute swim. The hotel supplied unlimited pastries at breakfast. I appreciated the coffee machine. It had unlimited coffee.
Pillows were not the MOST comfortable.

The staff remembered me upon arrival and checked me in early. The front desk lady spoke English and helped with my luggage (a very good service!). I was offered hot drinks during check-in.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The spa facilities were great I especially enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast offered a good variety plus the location was convenient with many restaurants nearby.
The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner upon arrival.
