the location near the metro was acceptable.

The noise at night made sleep difficult. The rooms are NOT soundproof, so i heard corridor conversations and doors slamming. also, the toilet seat was broken and the furniture looked old. the overall maintenance left MUCH to be desired.

The location was very convenient, close to a metro station, made getting around simple.

My experience had a few significant issues. The check-in was delayed due to the hotel being fully booked. The room wasn't clean when I finally got in, and I think the staff were understaffed or disorganized.

The permitted battery-operated candles were a plus. I brought them for ambiance. I appreciated the flexibility to personalize our space. The room service menu had variety and quality. I ordered romantic dinner in one evening.

The apartment did not look like the photos. Everything was in poor condition, stained headboard, stained mattress, dirty sofa. I reported everything at check-in, but nothing was done. I had to leave during the night because the conditions were unacceptable.
