broken toilet seat poor maintenance

the location near the metro was acceptable.

The noise at night made sleep difficult. The rooms are NOT soundproof, so i heard corridor conversations and doors slamming. also, the toilet seat was broken and the furniture looked old. the overall maintenance left MUCH to be desired.

amazing stay!

great location friendly staff clean room good value

i appreciated the great location! it was very close to the metro, so getting around was easy, especially from the airport. the staff was super friendly and always helpful. the room was nice and big. very clean. i want to mention it was good value for the money!

the wi-fi was a bit slow. otherwise, everything was fantastic!

delayed check-in unclean room

The location was very convenient, close to a metro station, made getting around simple.

My experience had a few significant issues. The check-in was delayed due to the hotel being fully booked. Waiting for elevators was frustrating (there are only 4), especially during peak times. The room wasn't clean when I finally got in, and I think the staff were understaffed or disorganized.

Balanced stay experience.

battery-operated candles room service menu menu quality stained headboard dirty sofa poor condition

The permitted battery-operated candles were a plus. I brought them for ambiance. I appreciated the flexibility to personalize our space. The room service menu had variety and quality. I ordered romantic dinner in one evening.

The apartment did not look like the photos. Everything was in poor condition, stained headboard, stained mattress, dirty sofa. I reported everything at check-in, but nothing was done. I had to leave during the night because the conditions were unacceptable.

I enjoyed the helpful staff at reception. They went out of their way to assist me. my room on the 28th floor gave me a fantastic view, larger than i anticipated!
