fresh pastries seamless process rainfall shower
i found my superior room twin bed clean the bedding was crisp i also found the rainfall shower powerful. the variety at breakfast impressed me the fresh pastries were a treat. the concierge team was efficient when i needed directions the process was seamless.
the gym was small and had limited equipment

Excellent Stay With Attentive Service
helpful staff super clean hotel convenient location easy transportation
I stayed for a week and found the staff helpful. They ensured I had a taxi booked when it rained heavily. The hotel is super clean and about a 15-minute walk to the marina. I appreciated their assistance and would certainly return.
The curtain in my room wasn't fixed properly, and a lot of light came in, waking me up early.

The hotel includes a lovely pool area with options for sun or shade. Taxis are easily accessible outside. The hotel offered convenient access to the metro system and various restaurants near the lakes.

The staff provided traditional Indian greetings. They were cute and always went the extra mile to. The staff helped me celebrate my birthday, delivering a cake and balloons to my room, which I appreciated.

lazy housekeeper room cleaning
The breakfast selection met my expectations. It was acceptable.
the housekeeper was lazy. my room remained uncleaned for two days. they left a card claiming the room was marked 'do not disturb,' a sign i never saw. a clean at 7 pm? really?

The breakfast had great variety. I especially liked the Indian options offered a la carte. The gym had adequate equipment. The air conditioning in my room worked very well.
The tower being constructed next to the hotel caused some noise during the night.
