The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were cleaned every day. It was a comfort! I loved the beautiful decor with lots of natural materials all around, it felt magical. Copal Gastro and Kokoro were the best restaurants. The experience was great. The whatsapp response was prompt and very helpful.
The location was a bit far from town. I did not like that the restaurants were nearly a twenty minute walk.

The room included a king-size bed and a jungle terrace, perfect for relaxation. The cleaning service provided fresh towels, and the floors were super clean. I felt really comfortable and the decor was lovely.

There were two pools available , great for cooling off! Yoga sessions were available each morning in the beautiful garden, really awesome. I also saw a concierge service available.

Two restaurants were on-site. Copal Gastro featured tasty food. I tried local dishes. Kokoro served sushi that was fresh and flavorful, it was the best sushi I've ever tried.

mixed feelings about the stay.
mold smellstained sofa
The room itself had a strange smell. i think it was mold. even when i didn't use the air conditioning, it was still noticeable. It made me uncomfortable. the corners of the room weren't clean either. there was dust on the air conditioning unit. also, the sofa had stains.

I was charmed by the spaciousness of my room. the decor included lots of natural materials which pleased me greatly. i also appreciated the daily cleaning service. It kept the jungle vibe fresh and inviting.
the location was a bit outside of the main areas. deciding where to dine involved longer walks than i expected.

the restaurants provided delicious options, especially the tasty breakfast by the pool. copal gastro and kokoro provided great food, with a minimum spend of about $25 usd per meal so that's useful to know.

i loved the pool area it offers sun cover from the plants. the hotel facilitates eco friendly practices which i respect. bike rentals are conveniently available on-site, offering an easy way to explore the nearby areas.

The room was big and it had a design. The hotel sits between the city center and the hotel zone. The staff booked taxis for me. The food at both restaurant was delicious.
My room smell from mold. I tried no use of aircon. It had a bad smell and feeling in the room.
