The family room provided ample space for us. The floor to ceiling windows offered a nice view. We found two robes and four pairs of slippers in the room, a very nice touch. Breakfast was available from 6am until 2pm.. This long window was convenient.
The air conditioning made a slight whistling noise, which occasionally disrupted the otherwise calm environment.

Our family room had comfortable beds and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub, and toiletries were replenished daily. The room was thoroughly cleaned each day.

The location is convenient. Terminal 21 mall is just a short walk. access to both the bts and mrt stations is very easy. i especially liked having a 7-eleven and currency exchange right downstairs! the staff was helpful and always available.
the air conditioning made a noticeable whistling noise continuously while running. this noise was a minor disruption to the otherwise comfortable environment. the sound slightly detracted from the peacefulness of the room.

the staff was very friendly. the room was CLEAN and beds were comfy. i am glad there was a fridge in the room. location was great, as there is a store right outside the hotel and close to many things.
the air conditioning in MY room made a noise. it was annoying and disrupted the overall comfort of my stay.
