The cleanliness in my room was not satisfactory, with a visibly unclean toilet seat upon arrival. despite reporting it, the issues persisted. I noticed dust and stained bed linens throughout my stay (which was rather off-putting).

the breakfast was acceptable (i liked the omelets). i was able to find something to eat each morning.

My room, a premium room 1 king bed, had a broken mini fridge. it didn't keep my drinks cold, and i had to ask for ice multiple times. also, the noise from the street was pretty bad. I could hear traffic all night, even from the 15th floor.
