helpful staff organic products spacious room water policy tiny bottles replaced bottles
the staff are so helpful i appreciated it. breakfast featured organic products a detail i valued. my room was spacious and clean i felt grateful for it.
the water policy seemed unusual i found it inconvenient. i received only four tiny water bottles i needed more.

strange water policy plastic bottles
The breakfast was a buffet with a rolling menu. The on-site spa had reasonable prices.
The water policy is strange. They only provide four tiny plastic water bottles in the room. If you want more water, you pay extra. I cannot remember the last 5-star hotel I stayed at that charged for water. they didn't replace the four tiny bottles after cleaning our room. Now we have no water!!!

This hotel had a strange water policy. Only four tiny plastic water bottles were in the room. More water was available, but at an extra charge. (I found that really inconvenient). The staff did not replace the bottles after cleaning.
