The staff was friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the concierge! the shuttle bus to and from the nearest bts station was very convenient. i found the breakfast diverse. there were good options.
my itinerary mentioned a free room upgrade when available, however, i was not given the upgrade even though there was availability. it was disappointing and a bit of a letdown.

the lobby was excellent and i found beautiful city views from my bedroom. the staff were friendly and helpful. the toilet had great features, a pleasant surprise.
i found the room service a little minimal. the onsen was not accessible for free, it required an extra fee. a deposit was requested for the room key, despite payment by card.

the hotel design and lobby create a cute atmosphere. the gym and pool are very nice i found, providing excellent facilities. i especially loved the breakfast offerings it was excellent. i also very much appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks provided.
the onsen required an extra fee for access, which wasn't initially clear. this detail slightly impacted my overall experience there.

the staff demonstrated amazing kindness and helpfulness. their attentiveness and service were really good i felt. kanittha, the day manager, offered amazing assistance with a minor personal need.

the fitness room, spa and pool area are superb for both adults and families. the location is great offering many places to eat and drink nearby. i also found the complimentary tuk tuk service to the bts station a bonus

i loved the free minibar items it was a fantastic surprise. the shuttle service to the bts station was super convenient. the coffee machine downstairs and the onsen experience were really special i reminded me of i was in a dream.
