the fitness centre included good equipment i saw 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower it was very convenient.
the breakfast area seemed a bit small sometimes finding a seat was difficult.

I appreciated the early check-in I received upon arrival. Nok facilitated this process very efficiently and showed warmth. The hotel recognized my Silver membership, a thoughtful gesture. Soda and Nicha provided gracious hospitality. Their professionalism made a positive impression.
The ventilation system seemed to have a damp smell in several rooms. I had to check out early because of this issue.

Breakfast offers many delicious options and great chefs. Chefs were available to make individual choices. The breakfast buffet stands out for its variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh, custom-made dishes each morning.

The staff was very attentive. NICHA and Man from the hotel staff improved my stay greatly. The location was good, and I enjoyed the general service at the hotel.
The pool area was not great for sunbathing. The pool was mostly in the shade, and the loungers were too short. The breakfast was also expensive at £18 GBP and not very nice.

the location was acceptable. it was an easy walk to the metro (bts).
i was quite disappointed with the pool. it seemed permanently shaded. also, upon arrival, i was asked to pay a deposit (i did not see this mentioned anywhere in advance).

The staff are so gentle. they helped me with some thai phrases, and i felt so at home. cookies are delicious and i appreciate warm welcomes. khun man and khun nok are very friendly. I felt very excellent from their kindness.
The pool got only a little sun. It was difficult to tan.

the hotel connect with a bts station for airport. it also near many destinations. night life are very near from the hotel, nice for easy access and safe travel during the day and during the night.

the pool situation was a joke. its mostly in the shade, and the loungers? they were way too short. if you are tall, forget about properly lying down. breakfast wasnt much better. i paid way too much for what i got. it lacked variety and the juice tasted fake.
