The staff provided really good service. They were ALWAYS attentive. The room was clean, the cleaning service was super clean. Breakfast by the pool felt very special. The hotel is in a convenient location.
There WERE no suitcase stands in the room, so luggage had to stay on the floor. This was slightly inconvenient.

The room had a work desk, and that was acceptable.
The shower was terrible as you could not adjust the water temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, and there was no way to regulate it. The water pressure was so low that I could not even wash my hair. I told the staff but they said someone would fix it the next day, yet no one came.
