immaculate groundsfantastic restauranttailored experience

i needed some time alone and chose this resort. from the minute i walked in, the staff catered to my relaxation and peace. the grounds were immaculate, the restaurant was fantastic. plus, i found everything I needed on-site, from the spa to the boutique. i felt really pampered and cared for.

the music at night did sometimes continue late and i have sleep problems

The jungle garden design and aesthetic of the hotel were acceptable.

My privacy was constantly disturbed by staff. They turned the bushes right next to the rooms into their hangout spot for smoking. One worker even cut through my private veranda, leaving boot prints on the jacuzzi and walking past my bedroom window.

i stayed for a few nights in a junior suite private pool it had a great view. the room was modern and very spacious with a comfortable bed. staff at the cenote was very kind and helpful i appreciated the chilled vibe.

i found the breakfast to be repetitive i wish there were more options. they added a service charge each day even though breakfast was included in the rate. also our jacuzzi worked only for two days and had cold water despite multiple requests to fix it.

i noticed that if there's a bad storm that floods the cenote, you can't really enjoy its amenities.

i found the staff to be kind and accommodating. gerardo provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs. i particularly enjoyed relaxing all day at the cenote and using the bikes available for guest use. room service was also a great convenience.

i encountered a slight issue as there were many mosquitos so i recommend bringing bug spray.
