quiet oasis downtown
great location easy access little paradise
The location was great for walking to everything. I had easy access to a laundry about four blocks away. i found it easy to get to walmart and the walking street with restaurants. the hotel reminded me of a little paradise right in the middle of the city.
I ordered a room upgrade to enjoy the bath. The bath drain was rusted and it released rust bits into the water. we couldn't use the bath!

the staff was professional and very friendly, it was a real benefit. the front desk staff greeted me every time i passed through and were always attentive. i appreciated the helpful tips for dining nearby.

The room had two double beds and double sinks, which i really liked. the shower was spacious. there were many channels on the large screen tv. Some were in english. the beds were comfy.

central location friendly staff noise level bathroom maintenance
the location is very central it is close to restaurants bars and clubs. the pool area felt tropical and the reception staff were friendly
my room was near a nightclub the noise continued until 3am. the room itself requires some maintenance especially the bathroom needs a refresh

A wonderful and secure stay
helpful staff many options underground caverns
I found the hotel staff helpful and friendly. provided many options for tours. Elieser, Brenda and Vanesa ensured my left-behind tablet was shipped back home. It was service above and beyond. I felt safe staying here.
I found hot water availability inconsistent, at certain times of day it took time to get hot water in the shower.

The excursion coordinator booked reservations for a day trip across the street. The spa offers massages, facials, and a wet area with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. The prices were a GOOD value. The hotel has partnerships with beach clubs, it offers beach chair and umbrella options.

The hotel is near shopping and dining options, yet it feels private. The hotel is accessible through a glass door needing a room key, this door sits right by the front desk. This layout not sketchy at all and secure.

The room included two double beds. double sinks and a spacious shower. The room also has a large screen TV that features many channels in English. There is a hammock available across the private porch.

submerged lounger pool area front desk staff tall bed hot water shower temperature
the pool area was a highlight. there were submerged loungers in the pool i liked most. i appreciated the availability of towels through the front desk staff.
the beds were unusually tall i noticed. this was inconvenient. also, hot water in the shower took a while to heat up. i found this a bit annoying
