Really good Stay, A Detailed Review
spacious room breakfast variety friendly staff
i found the room to be spacious and well-appointed . i had a suite and it offered ample space for relaxation and work. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options available and i thoroughly enjoyed the selection. the hotel staff were professional and friendly making my experience very smooth.
i noticed the mini-bar prices seemed slightly high.

quick access pillow menu professional staff room swap
The hotel sits close to a metro station, that provides quick city access. The provided pillow menu is a unique feature. I found the staff professional. They promptly addressed our room swap request with a shower not suitable for friends, moving us to a better option.
The trams run late into the night. Rooms on that side of the building could experience noise.

fairytale getaway
magical decor friendly staff fresh breakfast
I appreciated the hotel's decor. It felt magical with its fairytale theme. the staff was friendly. i found it easy to reach major attractions like the duomo because of the hotel's location. the breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of options.
The room's design, while aesthetically pleasing, lacked some practicality. the open bathroom concept offered minimal privacy. This might not suit all travelers. storage was limited , made it slightly inconvenient for longer stays.

a nice experience
fine decor professional staff excellent breakfast welcome spa
this hotel is fine! the decor is amazing. the staff are cute and professional, it. our room was well equipped and comfortable, i appreciated the attention to detail everywhere. breakfast was excellent with a fantastic choice (especially the pancakes!). i found some of the best bread ever! the spa is wonderful and very welcome after a day of sightseeing. i walked everywhere because it's very well located in a nice neighborhood. it is also handy for linate airport. i would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
the room was small. the sink in the bathroom would fill very quickly and take minutes to drain (this was really annoying). the air conditioning would not go below 20.5c, and i am unsure if the meter was reading correctly as we woke up drenched in sweat every night.

original room delicious breakfast kind staff
The room was beautiful, so original. The breakfast offered much variety and tasted delicious. Staff at the reception and bar were very kind. I enjoyed my nights here. I could not have asked for more.
