i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay the big lobby area provided a cute atmosphere. the rooms were cleaned daily and i appreciated having both a fridge and a safe. the location safety was good and the proximity to the shopping street made it easy to explore.

the room i stayed in had limited natural light due to the window facing a shaft so the amount of light was minimal

the hotel is very close to the lima metro station making it easy to access various points of interest. i could walk from the train station to the hotel without problems. many shops and restaurants are nearby so there were many choices available.

my room was spacious and included a very comfortable bed. rooms were cleaned every day that i stayed at the hotel. i had plenty of amenities in my room including a hot shower and lots of storage space for luggage and clothes.

The hotel sits conveniently above the Lima metro station. This made going to places very easy. Breakfast provided a nice selection. The water fountain in the lobby was also great. I found this useful.

The room I stayed in was not as updated as I expected. The window in my room was dirty. The staff wasn't all helpful. I feel they could improve in these areas.
