i appreciated the central location , as it made exploring the area easy. the staff was consistently professional and courteous , which greatly enhanced my stay. i found the breakfast service to be efficient and the food quality was high. the room was quiet , despite being in a busy part of town.
the gym had limited equipment. this made it difficult to maintain my regular workout routine while traveling.

The location was excellent. I was close to the Duomo and many shops. Breakfast offered a decent selection of pastries and fresh fruit.
The room design felt somewhat dated. I saw heavy drapes and patterned wallpaper. The bathroom had some minor maintenance issues. The shower door did not close completely.
