the hotel has a spacious lobby and a good bar area. daily maid service kept the executive double room spa access very clean. i found the staff friendly and available to help when needed. the tram service outside the hotel offered convenient transport to the city center.

the staff was very cute, and the breakfast was really good with a lot of options.
the room felt dated and maybe because of the decor. i had an evening meal on arrival with few choices. prawn risotto with raw prawns was on the menu for starters. i asked the waiter if i could have my prawns cooked, this seemed to cause an issue, as the manager wasn't pleased at my request.

the room was tidy, though i suspect the cleaning crew has a vendetta against dust bunnies, as i found none.
Oh, where to begin. the 'high-speed' internet seemed to operate at the pace of a dial-up modem. streaming a cat video was an exercise in patience. I nearly aged a decade waiting. and then there was the breakfast charge. I nearly choked on my cappuccino when i saw the final bill. It cost more than my first car!
