Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The room was a good size and included a smart TV. The bathroom had good dimensions.
The sofa bed was not prepared for the third guest, even after I had requested it multiple times at reception. We returned to the room after dinner, but there was no duvets or pillows. I feel that the hotel did not care about this issue.

lackluster tv and temperature control
limited tvbroken thermostat
the tv situation was pretty dire. only basic cable was available. i couldn't stream anything since youtube was blocked and there were no apps like netflix. also, the thermostat didn't seem to work. i couldn't adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. i expected more for what i paid.

The room was very clean and quite spacious. i really appreciated the welcome drink. It was mulled wine with gingerbread. the hot station had warm savory dishes, and that was a nice touch, especially upon arrival. the coffee machines were also very good. The coffee quality was satisfying.
the room thermostat did not seem to work properly. i set a temperature, but the fan never came on.
