amazing stay in the heart of it all

convenient location nice selection attentive staff
The hotel location impressed me. It was so close to many attractions. the subway access was convenient, and taxis were readily available just outside. the breakfast buffet had a nice selection, and the staff were so attentive to every need.
i did notice the wi-fi signal was occasionally weak, and sometimes the connection dropped entirely. it made things a bit difficult for staying connected for work.

the staff was kind, ensuring a swift transport to the hospital after my fall. the concierge, were really nice, assisting me with everything. their support meant the world, it really did.

The hotel's position is optimal, with easy access to public transport for reaching many parts of the area. convenience defined my exploration. It allowed for spontaneous outings and quick returns. i really loved it.

easy access rooftop onsen privacy screening fast lift
the location provided easy access to the metro. i found many restaurants nearby. the rooftop onsen had privacy screening. the fast lift made getting to higher floors convenient.
The bathroom smelled unpleasant after one day. I think the smell was masked with spray.

The staff provided quick responses to requests. they handled inquiries efficiently and were very attentive . I felt they tried to anticipate my needs. the personnel maintained a professional demeanor.

small bathroom poor ventilation
I was a little disappointed in the bathroom. It was REALLY small and difficult to move around in. the lack of proper ventilation in the room was a problem. I depended ONLY on air conditioning, which wasn't ideal.
