the location was very practical for exploring the area. it offered convenient access to metro lines and shimbashi station train lines. the sky spa on the top floor was a great feature. i also appreciated the many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.
i found that housekeeping didn't clean or tidy up beds every morning, focusing mainly on changing towels. getting more than two free water bottles required boiling water from the tap.
