wonderful stay in ginza
clean roomsconvenient locationhandy umbrellasbroadcast feature
the hotel is steps away from a 7 eleven. the hotel do provides umbrellas to use. the tv have a feature to broadcast from your phone to the tv. the location was handy to many shop and metro. i liked that the rooms was very clean.
the bathrooms are realy small and i find there is no place for personal items. i wish there was a little more room.

the room includes air conditioning and a flat screen tv. there is also a refrigerator stocked. the room features a private bathroom with a bidet, slippers, and free toiletries.

i found the front staff very customer service oriented i appreciated their help the housekeeping was well maintained the room i stayed in had full sunlight i liked that the location has a variety of restaurants to explore

i stayed in a twin room non-smoking. the room had good blackout curtains. it made the space dark for sleeping, this was very important to me. the shower had good pressure.
the soundproofing could be improved, i could hear street noise.

the location proved convenient with various metro stations nearby. plenty of spots for meals existed close to the hotel too. i found a 7-eleven downstairs and this was a great advantage.
the lobby seemed a bit shabby.
