I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Ariake Garden shopping center. This made it easy to find places to eat. Breakfast included sushi and soup.
The spa facilities were not included. I also found the self check-in process to be somewhat inefficient. There was a lot of staff helping guests use the machines.

convenient transportgood showercomfortable bed
the hotel is close to the conference centre. reaching it by public transport was easy. the room included adjustable air conditioning, which i found very convenient. the bed provided good comfort, and the shower facilities were certainly adequate.
i did experience some minor inconvenience due to the room being compact.

breakfast offered a good variety of options, i saw many different choices that could suit various tastes. the supermarket in the adjacent shopping mall made it easy to find a wide variety of quick meals. a ministop convenience store located near the hotel, proved to be very helpful.

The room was very clean. It was quite comfortable. as a solo traveller, i found the room size ample, providing enough space to open luggage without compromising movement. the television featured many channels, though most were in japanese, which i expected.

The staff members were very friendly. and helpful! their english proficiency was sufficient for clear communication. i could store my luggage at the hotel both before check-in and after check-out without any extra charge. This helped me a lot.
