The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a varied and delicious buffet. I found the location quiet and close to the city centre by walking distance. It was also close to JR and Metro stations.
The gym was very basic. It lacked weights. There was only one mat for floor exercises. The rooms did seem old. The bathroom had rust in many places and did not seem well maintained. The air conditioning grille looked dusty, and it smelled musty.

The room was quite small, a standard double room was booked, but it felt cramped. there wasn't much space to open luggage. also, the fitness center lacked equipment. There were no free weights, so my workout routine was limited. i expect more from a hotel at this price point.
