The location is very convenient near Shimbashi station. I found the underground connection to be useful. Direct bus access to Narita airport also exists. The concierge proved to be very helpful.
The toilet seat in my room had a crack. I reported this immediately. The hotel relocated us to a new room only after several hours.

The hotel's proximity to many restaurants and bars was GREAT!!! I could easily stroll to Ginza for shopping. The nearby subway and train station helped me get around very conveniently. I must say, the staff were AMAZING!!! They were efficient, friendly, and helpful.

I really liked the location. It was excellent. shimbashi station is only a short walk away. ginza shopping district is also nearby. i loved having a choice between two restaurants for breakfast.
i found a couple of things i did not like. the hotel does not have an onsite gym. there is also no jacuzzi. i found this disappointing.
