The location is superb, being close to the subway. rooms have yukatas available. It was a nice touch. daily housekeeping kept everything super clean.
the breakfast setup uses disposable plates and cutlery, which feels wasteful.

The location provided convenient access to the subway. Several restaurants and shops were steps away. I appreciated the modern design, automated check-in, and iPad controlled facilities. The Japanese style hot bath on 2F was also a nice feature. Staff members were friendly and spoke English well.
The onsen was sometimes crowded.

I loved the bicycles they offered for free. We used them twice to explore. SUCH a treat! The public bath was wonderful. I used it every day after walking.
The breakfast was SO limited with industrial products. It was a disappointment.

the reception staff offered helpful service.
The room felt cramped. a large chair and a heavy round table occupied most of the space in the beautiful twin room non-smoking, this made it difficult to move around and open my suitcase. the pillows felt flat like pancakes. I found it difficult to get comfortable.

the staff were very friendly and helpful (i really appreciated this). the rooms were clean, and the shower had good temperature and water pressure. new towels arrived each day from housekeeping.
there was no phone in my room to contact reception easily, a slight inconvenience.
