The included fuji q highland themepark access was amazing. our superior twin room on higher floor mt fuji view was spacious. i especially loved the free onsen access. It was so relaxing after a day at the park!
the front desk staff wasn't overly friendly, but it was fine. really fine!

the room was nicely set up. it was also very clean. i appreciated the direct connections to the fuji-q park. the fully automated store at the lobby was also very useful.
the macaroni bar food was not great. the wait for the food was long. the portion sizes were small. the reception staff were not as friendly as at other japanese hotels. there were stains on the carpet.

the breakfast had a wide spread of choices. the family room included five beds. the view of mount fuji was lovely!!!
the sofa was stained. the wooden furniture was damaged. i found torn wallpaper too. the family room was very tired.
