rude driveridentical food
the driver transporting guests from the airport was not cute. he expected me to load my luggage into the trailer and remove it upon arrival. he then demanded a tip, this did not leave a good impression. also, i expected a special meal as i stayed over shovous. the food was the same as any other day and that disappointed me.

the pools were acceptable as was the jacuzzi.
the desserts lacked variety. they were uninspiring. i found the room sealing had dirty spots, probably from water leakage. i would be afraid to book this hotel again and will look for something else.
