I liked the pools They include an infinity pool. There is a waterpark that is huge. I found our bungalow spacious and homey.
The main buffet restaurant was noisy I found it hard to find a table. Housekeeping visits were sporadic I only had cold showers. The grounds often smelled of sewage water I did not like this

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa staff were excellent. The facilities are wonderfully maintained with ideal distances across a vast green space by the sea (i thought it was great!).
I was expected to pay extra for basic hotel amenities. I had to pay for orange juice at breakfast. I also had to pay for coffee sachets for the tea-making facilities in the room.

The room I received was big. It was modern and quite comfortable. The aquapool seemed very fun (I spent most of my time there).
The breakfast service seemed poor. The vegetables were not properly washed. The staff did not appear friendly.

The beach was super crystal clean, and the pools were very clean too. I liked a separate pool just for adults. It was relaxing. The resort is huge. There are so many things to do there. The room was excellent and staff members were helpful.

The guest relations department do their jobs with very high quality. Kindness and hospitality is perfect, I reminded me of their personal guest. Staff there really tried their best for our demands.
