Really good Service and Amenities
beautiful suitethoughtful bottledifficult reservation
I received an upgrade to a beautiful suite. The suite included a thoughtful bottle of wine and various treats. Mr Sami, the manager, provided really good service. The customer relations team, especially Somto Obi, provided great support.
Reservations for facilities were difficult to secure. I found it hard to get calls returned at reception. Getting reservations required multiple interactions. This applied to every facility.

The hotel features a large outdoor pool and a smaller kids' pool. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes to use (a nice touch). There is also a spa offering massages and various treatments.
