poor housekeepinglow quality

the housekeeping service left MUCH to be desired. i had to call multiple times just to get fresh towels. the staff seemed annoyed , like i was bothering them. also , the variety of food was there , but the quality suffered greatly. it seemed like quantity over quality at every meal.

the hotel food was amazing. the buffets had everything one could want. the breakfast, lunch, and dinners were all excellent. the room, a standard king room sea view, was very clean and the rest of the hotel was nice too.

the beds were quite uncomfortable. i also noticed a sewage smell outside of all the restaurants. there were multiple power cuts during the night (it caused the tv to turn on while i was sleeping).
