the bathtub wasn't clean. i noticed hair and some residue on the tub walls from previous use. it detracted from the otherwise high standards.

the location of this hotel is good and the rooms are a adequate size.
there was loud noise late at night and i find it hard to sleep. also, i encountered a strange policy where courier deliveries were restricted to gate 2, a seven-minute walk from the lobby, i found this inconvenient.

The room was a luxury king room with a balcony overlooking the sea, i saw a beautiful sunrise each morning. the breakfast buffet at saraya restaurant had a great variety and the staff were attentive. i found the pool area very clean and well kept. Lifeguards ensured safety at all times.
The hotel is a little far from major attractions. A taxi is needed for most outings

I appreciated the attentive service from the staff. The beach was clean. I found the gym to have ample equipment, including several treadmills and stationary bikes.
The air conditioning in my room was quite loud. I noticed the minibar was not stocked upon my arrival. the hotel's policy regarding outside deliveries seemed rather inconvenient. Couriers were directed to a distant gate.
