helpful staff spacious rooms convenient amenities
i was charmed by the helpful staff who addressed every need. the rooms were big. i found the location good, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. It made getting around easy. the convenience of the inhouse amenities.
some minor wear and tear was evident in areas, needing a little attention.

A lovely stay

modern hotel excellent service comfy bed one hour
The hotel was modern and very clean. The service staff are excellent. We were permitted to have a room for one hour. This allowed us to freshen up because we had a late flight. The bed was comfy. It was a bonus for me.

sea views free parking nearby restaurants broken door hot water bad impression
the location had sea views, which i loved. free parking made life easy. supermarket and restaurants close by meant i could get anything i needed easily.
the entrance to my block had broken door taped up. it was a bad first impression. hot water needed planning. i needed to turn it on an hour before a shower.

i found the multiple pools very pleasing. the ramps offered disabled access throughout the building.
The tv channels sometimes lost signal. It took about 20 minutes to reset.

sofa stains empty drawers
Our Comfort Two-Bedroom Suite was not as clean as I expected. There were several stains on the sofa cushions I found. The kitchen lacked basic utensils. The drawers were EMPTY. I had difficulties using the oven, it kept switching off unexpectedly and was REALLY annoying. the promised "beautiful view" was mostly of a parking lot, a huge disappointment.

pool bar onsite supermarket limited directions cheap furnishings
The pool bar served some very good meals. I appreciated the onsite supermarket as well, it was useful. The complex also had a nail bar and gym just outside. I found that convenient. A complementary room allowed me to shower after checkout.
The directions upon arrival were limited. I found it difficult to figure out where to check in! The brochure's pictures did not match the reality. The decor was minimalist. Some furnishings looked cheap.
