Great hotel near transport

Hotel location had great access to transport. It was a 10 minute walk to the main bus road. Many restaurants were nearby and offered many choices. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The pool was a definite bonus .
The shower was awkward to get into, and it did not include a removable head. I felt the pictures was deceiving and not representative.

Breakfast included many choices, and the food was of good quality. There was fresh fruit juice, and a wide selection of pastries. The dining area was clean and well kept, a positive start to the day.

The apartment included a full kitchen. It has facilities that are very spacious and very useful. The room included a comfortable bed and modern appliances, offering more convenience during the visit.

The apartment was clean and modern. I found the staff friendly and accommodating. My companions enjoyed the included spa facilities too.
The room had single quilts given for a double bed (unexpected detail).

The room i was given was not what i booked online. It was different. the staff said it was due to unavailability. the apartment was old, not properly cleaned, and very allergenic. This was a problem.

i appreciated the always-available 24h front desk. the pool, sauna, and gym helped me enjoy the stay more. the room cleanliness was a plus.
the wellness desk staff seemed inexperienced. their english skill was not good and they spent time looking at their phones. it was terrible.

The apartment was quite spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast had a lovely variety. I especially liked the Hungarian options offered. The staff quickly met all my requirements. They prepared a packed breakfast for my early departure.
The gym and pool are open to the public and were very busy. It was difficult to use the jacuzzi. I could not always fully enjoy the spa facilities.
