friendly staff great location fabulous choice limited menu missing view dormer windows
The staff was very friendly.. and really were great too ensure my stay was perfect! I also enjoyed the hotel's location. It was close to the main square, giving me easy access to restaurants and coffee shops. The breakfast had a fabulous choice of items, with superb service adding to the experience.
I could only see the dormer windows of the rooms opposite mine. I found the bistro bar menu to be very limited. After the first night, I did not eat there again.

Flawless Experience
helpful staff clean room breakfast buffet
i have traveled a lot, and the hotel impressed me. the staff ensured i had everything i needed, and they were helpful. my superior room was beautiful and clean, which i found very cute (especially after a long journey). the breakfast buffet stood out with its excellent quality and diverse selections.
during my stay, i noticed that the gym equipment seemed a bit dated. specifically, some of the treadmills showed signs of wear, and i felt that an upgrade would benefit guests. also, the replacement of one of the ellipticals will be much appreciated.

The hotel features a well kept pool area. I noted about fifteen loungers and a dedicated area for relaxation. additionally, the gym includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights for a complete workout.

welcome drink helpful staff heated floor payment issue blocked card inconvenient process
i received a welcome drink upon my arrival. the staff loaned me umbrellas, because it was raining outside. the bathroom included a heated floor, nice.
The payment process felt odd. My card was charged multiple times with deposit amounts. then, i was charged again for the entire sum. my partner's card was blocked because of this issue. It was inconvenient.

fabulous choice superb service excellent quality
the breakfast choice was fabulous and the service was superb. i liked being greeted with a smile. the room matched the décor of the hotel it was of excellent quality. the fitness area was also very nice

inconsistent experience
the location was acceptable because it was a short walk to the main square.
I did not like how the hotel handled payments. My card was charged multiple times with unknown deposits. this felt quite suspicious and caused my card to be blocked eventually.
