fantastic experience!

helpful staff excellent support rooftop terrace
i found the staff helpful. i especially liked the hotel's proximity to the grand bazaar. the turkish breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a super start to each day.
the room i had faced level 1with an open wall facing the reception downstairs, and it got noisy during the night. also, i could easily hear noises in the corridors due to thin walls. i hope they address this noise problem.

the superior double room included a comfortable bed and a small desk. the room also featured a mini-fridge and a wardrobe with sufficient space for clothing. i appreciated the complimentary water provided daily.

friendly staff great location
The staff was friendly and helpful. mrs lale assisted us, showing great politeness. the location proved very convenient. It was near various amenities like transport, shops and food outlets.
the breakfast lacked variety. the same options were presented each day. this became quite repetitive.

the location was acceptable public transport was only 5 minutes away
the spa was not accessible the swimming pool had restricted hours between 12 pm and 6 pm the timeframe was inconvenient for exploring the city breakfast in the room was not allowed even when my roommate was ill

The location proved very convenient. It was a short walk to major attractions. The spa access was a definite plus. I found the water temperature consistently pleasant.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear noise from the hallway at times.
