excellent stay
friendly staff professional welcome bright hotel
the reception staff provided a professional welcome especially jonathan who was very friendly. tuyau and mrs celina at the quay restaurant were very attentive to our needs. the hotel shone brightly i could see it as we arrived for my niece's birthday celebration. the staff was friendly and cute
the minibar in my room was not restocked daily a minor inconvenience i experienced during my otherwise lovely stay.

staff members were friendly and always ready to assist guests with a smile it was evident that they were great too ensure everyone felt welcome and cared for the responsiveness to requests was amazing.

the rooms were clean well maintained and equipped with modern amenities it was evident that attention was paid to cleanliness and comfort the bed was comfortable ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of activities.

adequate stay with some downsides
loud air conditioning inconsistent service
the location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The room showed signs of wear and tear. specifically, the air conditioning unit was quite loud, and the bathroom fixtures had some rust. the service in the restaurant was inconsistent. Sometimes prompt and friendly, other times slow and inattentive. it really bothered me!
