the valentine's day dinner was indeed a high point, with a six-course meal that delighted the senses. i especially savored the steak and artichoke, a perfect combination of flavors. chef guillaume and his team made the evening nice.. it was an experience i will remember fondly.
the level of service was inconsistent, a letdown. drinks arrived late at lunch, even though staff seemed to prefer chatting over serving. my room card stopped working, requiring replacement. these issues, while minor, detracted from the overall experience.

The staff was attentive and readily available. I especially appreciated the housekeeping service. The room was cleaned twice daily. The restaurants offered a nice variety of cuisines. The beach security staff was always visible and helpful.
The pool area was occasionally crowded. Securing a sunbed during peak hours required some patience.

The room was spacious. It included two large Hotel Filtered water bottles. Cleaning and turn down service were done twice daily. The mini bar provided basic cans and beer.

The heated pool provided a superb view of the beach. Guests receive two towel cards. A well-equipped gym is available 24 hours. This hotel provides non-motorised water sports, table tennis and a pool table.

The staff provided warm smiles and were always ready to assist. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I appreciated the complimentary gifts. Everything in the room was functional. I also enjoyed the superb view of the beach from the heated pool.
The dinner buffet needed more variety.

The Indian restaurant's chef offered personal service to accommodate our tastes. Coquillages offered a great atmosphere and food. Wendi and Daniel provided kind attention during dinner. The dinner buffet offered nice food -. a larger variety would be welcome.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. It was always cleaned thoroughly. Rooms include a LG Smart TV. I found ample space for hanging and drawers. Two large Hotel Filtered water bottles are provided and regularly changed.

The pools are very pleasant. The heated pool gives a superb view of the beach. The resort features two tennis courts with floodlights. It also includes table tennis and a pool table. There are board games and a large floor chess set.
