mixed feelings about the stay
spacious roomfrozen poollow buffet quality
the room was spacious and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The pool was unusable because the water was freezing. I learned it was due to a technical issue only after i inquired about it. the buffet quality was low. The selection was large but nothing tasted good. the breakfast buffet included a giant cockroach running across the food at the pancake station and the surfaces were not cleaned after the cockroach was removed.

i loved my beautiful suite, it had fantastic ocean views from the balcony (i spent every morning there!). the bulgari toiletries in the bathroom were a special touch that i definitely enjoyed.
the wifi was a little spotty at times, especially in the evenings.
