fantastic resort experience!

friendly staff good room service night gesture
The staff are friendly. room service is very good. They respond fast. i didn't need to ask them to clean my room. they did it everyday!!! i liked their night gesture with the chocolate and the bedtime story. it's highly recommended.
the pool was cold. even the jacuzzi was just a touch warmer. this made it less enjoyable to use those amenities. hopefully, they can adjust the temperature .

The resort has a spa with chakra balancing. fusion massage treatments are available. discussions with dr avinash and deepak cover meditation and breathing techniques. They provide insights and inspiration to the guests.

This place has a huge garden full of plants and trees. an amazing team of gardeners works hard daily. they remove fallen leaves. They also clean the mess the fruit bats produce overnight.

slow service rude server
the location was alright and the rooms have ok views.
the service wasn't good and issues got ignored. our family dinner had menu confusion, slow service, and billing problems. i went to the front desk twice and emailed, but no one responded for days. also, a server was very rude when i used the beach bed call button.
