the hotel was very clean and tidy. the rooms feature comfy beds and effective a/c. the staff were very attentive. the snorkeling trip on the complimentary boat was amazing!!! we got to experience mauritian culture and cuisine. the hotel is close to town too. the welcome drink was a nice touch.

i found a slight lack of healthy, plain food options in the buffet.

i loved this hotel. darren greeted us with a smile and helped with luggage. aurore created a fun atmosphere. ajay was attentive and approachable.

the hotel seemed money oriented. i felt we had to ask for everything. also i was treated like i wasn't a client on the beach until i gave my room number. there were no apologies for the cockroaches and bathroom flood.

Aurore was so lovely and helpful. She. The hotel offered multiple activities. I went snorkeling. I also took the glass bottom boat. It was fun!

The breakfast was not great those days. Fruit bowls and juice dispensers often remained empty after 9am. Restaurant staff did not focus on customer needs. I often needed to ask for cutlery and salt.
