amazing stay!
spacious room helpful staff lovely experience
the room was very spacious and comfortable i especially liked that the pool was very nice the staff was kind and helpful too i felt very welcomed. the buffet outdoors was a lovely experience i appreciated the variety of the buffet especially the freshly baked pizzas. we loved the evening sun sets in the water the sunsets were fine and so colorful.

the staff was polite and helpful i got valuable information from the evening manager at the reception the team ensures a smooth and pleasant stay for all the guests visiting the resort.

the location is great being somewhat secluded i walked only ten minutes from the center and the public beach there is a massive balcony with ocean views and sunsets to admire from the room.

the location was quite good. the porter booked our tours (it was quite helpful).
the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvements. tv channels did not have english options.

buffet variety pleasant atmosphere spotty wifi noisy staff
the buffet outdoors provided a pleasant atmosphere. the variety of food was good (i liked freshly baked pizzas). i especially enjoyed watching the evening sun set in the water.
the hotel wifi was spotty. fast internet is common there, so this was unexpected. the cleaning staff were noisy.
