an excellent getaway

from arrival, the staff were attentive. the gardens are clean and green, a visual treat. the beach is also fine. i enjoyed the clean facilities. the family suite had ample space and was clean. pools catered to different moods with a lively option and a quiet one. the sunlife kids club kept my children entertained with games and crafts. my kids even had lunch in the kids club. we enjoyed water sports at no additional cost. i also had a relaxing visit to the spa.
i noticed that getting a sunbed with an umbrella required waking up early, since guests reserved them with towels (i hope this is improved soon).

the resort features multiple pools, including a quiet adults-only pool and a more lively family pool, both maintained daily. a well-equipped gym is accessible to all guests (it included cardio and weights). a kids club is available for younger guests.

the food options were amazing, with a wide range of dishes from breakfast to dinner. the buffet at the main restaurant offered extensive options for all dietary requirements. i enjoyed the quick check-in and check-out. the spa offered massages right next to the ocean.
i found that some staff needed training concerning how to interact with customers. i also observed a trainee being scolded . i noticed some staff did not smile or seem cute.

The resort has immaculate grounds. sparkling pools add to the relaxing atmosphere. the executive management team actively engages with guests. I observed this during breakfast and dinner. the staff were polite, always providing efficient service. there was a fantastic variety of activities. I found the great spa relaxing.
Our departure experience was very disappointing. we booked a courtesy room but were directed to the gym changing rooms. the arrangement was impractical. There were no power sockets in the ladies' area. this significantly diminished our overall impression. It seemed totally unacceptable for a five star hotel.

the slow service really bothered me. it often took ages to get drinks. food sometimes arrived before our drinks even did. there wasn't much of an apology from the staff, they just said they would go see what was going on.
