the location was acceptable i suppose. it had a beach.
This place, i don't get the hype. the room, a 'junior suite', had this lingering musty aroma i just couldn't shake. plus, the minibar was empty, and i mean completely bare. I had to call three times before someone even bothered to restock it.

the gym had excellent equipment and it was very comfortable. the main pool was very fantastic with a great view to the sea. i saw Le Morne mountain from there. the resort have a gorgeous beach and beautiful garden, i think it was fine.
i find hidden charges named 'fdc contribution' on my bill. nobody warned me about it, so i protested about it. the management team felt unfriendly. it seems they were not accommodating to simple requests.

the hotel offered a really warm welcome. i was greeted by jimmy, who provided a hotel tour and escorted me to my junior suite. vishnee at the restaurant took great care of me, and all waiters were attentive. i liked the back drop of le morne brabant mountain. i found it easy to use facilities at the dinarobin hotel.
the beach bar service was slow. i noticed the staff was unfriendly and it took a long time to get a drink. i also observed there was no walkway in front of the room, so my shoes were full of sand when i went for dinner

the staff demonstrated helpfulness and kindness consistently. particularly, mr balmick and his team at le brabant restaurant provided wonderful service, and the quality of service received at the hotel stands out positively.
