Acceptable Resort Experience
convenient location sea activities efficient staff disappointing food adequate assistance reception desk
The location is convenient because it is near Grand Baie, nice for quick trips into town. The hotel offers free access to sea activities. The staff members at the spa and sports center were efficient.
The food options at the buffet were disappointing. I did not enjoy any of the food there. I complained to the reception desk but did not receive adequate assistance.

smooth check-in extra perks diverse choice helpful staff
the check-in process was smooth. extra perks enhanced the stay. the variety of restaurants offered diverse choices , and i found all the staff helpful and friendly. the hotel size allowed for pleasant walks and exploration.
i noticed the absence of cushions on the sunbeds which was a very minor inconvenience.

the location is very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, and markets are within walking distance, which makes exploring the area easy. it is really great.

the breakfast service provided ample options. i liked the buffet and the blue ginger restaurant for their choice and tasty food. the bar staff were generous with drinks, and they ensured everyone was well-served.

the room was modern and clean. the air conditioning worked effectively , and the mattress was very comfortable. there were no mosquitoes or ants in the room. the housekeeping service cleaned well each day.

the hotel offers free access to various sea activities. i attended the entertainment events and they included dance groups and live music.

Excellent Stay
modern room great air conditioning comfortable mattress convenient location
The room was clean and modern, with great air conditioning. The mattress was very comfortable. Refined sand covered the beach , but a portion of it was quite narrow. Pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, and markets are within walking distance outside the hotel.
The gym had only a few machines , and some were out of order.

The hotel is conveniently near several shops and restaurants , with a lot of options. The beach is accessible directly from the hotel hotel. Grand Baie is also quite close , so a short trip is easily managed.

underwhelming buffet relentless beach vendors
The buffet food, oh MY, was not what i EXPECTED. taste was consistently underwhelming, i found myself skipping meals some days. the beach vendors are relentless. They kept bothering me when i was trying to relax. that got old REALLY fast.
