fantastic experience in central europe

I stayed in a beautiful king room. It had separate toilet. the room included complimentary water bottles. there were good facilities available. the room overlooked the train station. i found it convenient being within walking distance of the train station.
The hotel ACTUALLY seemed understaffed. It took ages to get a drink in the lobby.

charming stay!

i appreciated the large room with lovely views. the room was also very clean. i found many extras provided like face washers and bottled water, a nice touch. it is ideal if you travel by train, it's literally five minutes from the platform. screens in the lifts show departure updates, which i found very useful.
the hotel seemed understaffed. it consistently took ages to get coffee in the lobby. room service dishes weren't picked up quickly.

My room featured modern decor and ample space. It included a comfortable king-sized bed and a well-equipped workstation. the bathroom offered premium toiletries, a rainfall shower, and fluffy towels. It was very clean. i was impressed.

My stay wasn't flawless, sadly. the minibar prices felt almost extortionate. I mean, €9 for a soda. really? also, the promised city views from my 'beautiful king room' turned out to be more of a 'rooftop air conditioning unit' view. i'm not sure what i was expecting but it wasn't that.

The location is great , very close to the train station. I was given a room with a double bed after I booked a twin room by mistake. Everything in the fridge was complimentary. The room was very clean and neat.
I found some things were missing. There were no instructions on how to use the coffee machine. The door for the toilet and bathroom needs to be separated. Shower gel was missing for two days.
