Really good Hotel Experience

The hotel's location was ideal, a short distance from key attractions. My room was well-appointed. The bathroom included a built-in sound system. The spa visit added a relaxing touch to my holiday. The bar had an very nice setting, and I always received delicious drinks quickly.

Housekeeping services were slightly delayed one day. They arrived at my room around 4 p.m.

I found the entire team provided really good customer service. Everyone offered a smile and a nice greeting, and they worked together effectively. The hotel itself was both stylish and impeccably clean. I appreciated the attentiveness to detail throughout the hotel.

I noted an additional charge for parking , which I felt should have been included in the overall price.

I found the room to be quite comfortable. i especially appreciated the ability to play audio in the bathroom. It was a nice touch. daily room service with fresh towels and a neatly made bed was also provided.

I found that nobody helped me with my luggage upon arrival, a bit disappointing. whenever i called reception, nobody answered. This felt unsafe. i didn't find the staff to be warmwith a cold atmosphere in the hotel.
