The location is excellent. Many local restaurants and cafés are very close. The breakfast offered many options. I liked that very much. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was super clean.

The hard-to-see glass wall in the bathroom was an issue, as I kept bumping into it. This could be improved with better visibility markings. I think some caution is important.

the hotel location was very convenient. it was close to many attractions i wanted to visit. the room had complimentary water and apple juice. the staff was friendly and helpful .

housekeeping standards were not great. bathroom toiletries and toilet roll were never refilled. the rubbish was left in the room, i noticed only one elevator was working. this caused long waits due to the hotel being quite busy.
