Steven at the reception was helpful. he knew so much about local spots! the location is also great. i found the underground parking convenient and well-lit. The front desk staff spoke english well. i appreciated being on a high floor. I had panoramic city views.
the pillows were a little soft for my liking.

The hotel's location is superb, only a short walk from the central station. This made getting around easy. the convenience is a definite plus, and several good tram stops are nearby. access to various parts of the city is quick and easy.

Breakfast offered many choices. It was more than enough to satisfy. i found the rooftop restaurant clean. The staff was the best there! food and drink prices were also reasonable for a hotel of this quality.

The reception staff was lovely. they were very helpful when i needed to change rooms. the check-in and check-out processes were also easy. This. i had no problems .

I was so impressed with the location. It is really close to the main train and bus stations! My room had a lovely view that I loved. The breakfast area also had an AMAZING view. It was a perfect way to start the day.
The room seemed quite dark. The lighting could be much brighter. I also noticed there wasn't a desk to sit at to write.

the hotel is close to the train station and only a short walk to the city center i loved that i could easily access public transport it made exploring effortless the staff were friendly and always ready to help i felt very welcome and well taken care of the view from my room was fine i could see the mountains from my window
the air conditioning was not working effectively in my room it made the room feel warm throughout the day i hope this can be improved

the hotel has a nice rooftop on the twelfth floor it is complete with good views the breakfast offered many choices it met a lot of tastes i was able to have a marvellous start to my days

the hotel's location is a short walk from the train station. all rooms feature floor to ceiling windows and nice views. i found the heated floors in the bathroom very welcome. the suite offered a great panoramic view of the city and alps.
the air conditioning in the room was somewhat weak it struggled to maintain a cool temperature on warmer days

the hotel features a spa area perfect for relaxation. it also offers a panoramic breakfast area, although this is not included in the room rate. a sauna is also available with great night views of the city.

the hotel is conveniently near the main train station which facilitates easy access to transport. there are a few kebab places and a local restaurant in proximity. it takes approximately 12 minutes to walk to pedestrian areas, tourist shops and grocery stores.

the staff from front desk to housekeeping to bar and restaurant were great. they provided special care including assistance for my daughter. i was grateful for the christmas eve dinner and party.
