Staff was mostly professional, its true and they helped with directions to the bus stop.
My room wasn't too clean. I found a stain on the carpet and the shower head had some grime I had to clean myself. I mentioned this to the reception, but they just apologized. I wished they did something about it immediately. My room stank of smoke, it seems I got a smoker's room even if I booked a non-smoking one. I did not expect this lack of attention to detail.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It was a quick walk, even with luggage. The breakfast included many options (especially the fresh fruit!).
The bar lacked a bit of atmosphere.

a quiet haven near the alps
convenient buswarm hospitality
the complimentary city passes were a wonderful addition. frequent buses to the city center were convenient! the staff, including jerome, liz, carmen, sophie, and mike, showed really good warmth and attentiveness.
